In the office
From your very first phone call or email, your project is looked after by a tight-knit team that keeps everything moving smoothly.
Karla Cesca is the first person you’ll chat with when you reach out to discuss your ideas. As the accounts manager, Karla runs the office and keeps the books in order, which honestly makes her the real boss behind the scenes. She will coordinate your initial on-site consultation, booking you in to meet with Duncan, Alannah, or both, depending on the type of work your property needs.
Company owner Duncan Field directly manages the construction crew, ensuring all your hard landscaping and structural projects are built to last. He is joined by Alannah Blair, the landscape gardening manager, who leads the plant care and soft landscaping teams.
While Karla keeps the wheels turning from the office, Duncan and Alannah are out across the Coast every day, meeting clients and keeping the teams on track to deliver exactly what you visualised.
Construction team
The construction team members are led by Duncan, and they are: James, Yannick, Joe, Gerome, Sam, and Macson.
These guys bring the skills and muscle to build and install all of the hard landscaping aspects of the job. They are strong and talented, and our team leaders are fully qualified in construction landscaping. This team brings nearly 50 years of landscaping heroism to the table. They construct everything to meet the NZ building code and to withstand the elements. They are ruggedly handsome and love coffee and cake at smoko.
Gardening team
The gardening team members are led by Alannah, and they are: Terri, Finlay, Campbell, and Kieran.
These gardening heroes bring the plant knowledge that only comes with decades of experience. Our team knows the correct way that every plant should be trimmed and when. They can recognise sick plants and put together a program to heal them. They understand the conditions of the area and know what plants should live where, what is a weed, and what is not. They are fit and strong beyond belief and work hard to make sure all of our clients' gardens are looking in top shape all the time. This gorgeous bunch loves a good laugh, chilled drinks, and hot pies.
